Following a two week investigation, Oregon State Police
(OSP) detectives arrested a Henley High School junior ROTC instructor and
marksmanship coach on charges related to the sex abuse of a juvenile female
student.

At approximately 10:00 AM on March 28, 2012, the Oregon
State Police Southern Command Center started receiving reports from motorists
of a northbound motorhome, towing a car dolly with a sedan on it, that had been
traveling in the southbound lane of US 97, approximately 13 miles north of
Klamath Falls. (Approximately MP 259)
