In Tom Mallams letter to the Secretary of the Interior, Ken Salazar,
Mallams whined that at a public meeting, he was very intimidated by a petite
Grandmother and was prevented from entering and taking a seat by her (read

For the last several years we have heard Tom Mallams
(Candidate for County Commissioner) maintain that the status quo and
adjudication are the answers to the region’s water problems. As recently as March 10, 2012, he is quoted
in the Herald and News

As
many respected members of the community have done already, I wanted to provide
some information and possible insight into one of your candidates for Klamath Commissioner,
Kelley Minty Morris.

I read the
Letter to the Editor from a board member of a fire district in upstate New York
guaranteeing us, without knowing the backgrounds of the other candidates, that
Kelley Minty-Morris would make the best Klamath County Commissioner.

This is in regards to a petition to recall Al Switzer. Forget it.

Switzer has done nothing but good for this community. We voted him in so let
him serve his term. If the community wants him out, let the voters decide next
year in the election.

Chuck Collins has stated that he’s going after Al because he’s
the stronger of the two and a leader… why would you ‘go after’ a real leader,
even if he has been in office the longest?
Think ‘Greg Walden’, who has been our Congressman since 1999, is a
strong leader

Really?
Seriously? Are you joking? What a terrible travesty it would be to
have Cheryl Hukill recalled. I know her personally and she is one of the
most honorable women I have ever known.
